1. Return Window

• Returns: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item.
• Refunds: Refund processing begins after the 7-day return window has closed and the product has been successfully inspected at our Gorakhpur facility.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

• Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• In these cases, Sadiya Electronics will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in the same condition that you received it.
• The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
• The receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The item shows no signs of physical damage caused after delivery or unauthorised tampering.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated after the initial 7-day period following delivery.
• The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card).
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, Sadiya Electronics will cover all shipping charges.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
